Templates are pre-configured text blocks that you can insert into your Sequences and Tasks. They help streamline your outreach, maintain consistent messaging, and still allow room for personalization when engaging with prospects.
Templates can be created for the following communication types:
Emails
LinkedIn messages
LinkedIn invitations
LinkedIn InMail
LinkedIn Voice notes
Call scripts
To use a template, it must be attached to a step within a sequence. Follow these steps:
Click ‘Add a Template’

Choose the template
A page displaying all templates created by you and your team will open; select your preferred template to add it to that sequence step.

Select the template and click on it to apply it.
Congrats, your template has now been correctly inserted in the step of your sequence!
