There are two ways to update your password depending on whether you are logged in or not.
Use this method when you know your current password and want to update it.
1. Go to Account Settings
In the bottom-left corner of the app, open the sidebar and click on Account to access your settings.
2. Update Your Password
Open the Password tab
Enter your current password
Enter your new password
Confirm the new password by typing it again
Use a strong password with upper and lower-case letters, numbers, and special characters.
3. Save Changes
Click Reset to apply the update. Your password will be changed immediately.
Use this method if you cannot log in because you forgot your password.
1. Open the login page
Go to the Crono login screen.
2. Click “Forgot password?”
Select Forgot Password? on the login page.
3. Enter you email
Enter the email associated with your Crono account and submit the request.
4. Check your inbox
You will receive an email with a password reset link. Open it and follow the instructions to set a new password.
5. Create a new password
Enter your new password and confirm it. Once submitted, you can log in using your new credentials.
