Crono supports different ways to manage your email signature depending on the email provider you use.
If you connect Gmail to Crono:
If you already have a signature set up in Gmail, it will be automatically imported into Crono once the integration is completed.
If you later update your Gmail signature, you may need to re-sync the integration for the update to reflect inside Crono.
No manual setup is required unless you want to override it.
If you connect Outlook to Crono:
The signature is not imported automatically
You must manually add and maintain your signature inside Crono
Note that if you copy and paste the signature, make sure to copy it from Outlook web (not app).
Follow the “Manual Setup” steps below.
1. Open account settings
Click your profile in the bottom-left corner of the app to open the sidebar and select Account Settings.
2. Open the signature section
Go to the Integrations tab and click on the pencil icon to add the signature.
3. Add or Edit you signature
Insert your signature in the editor provided. You can include text, links, and formatting as needed.
4. Save
Click Save to confirm. Your signature will now be applied to emails sent through Crono.
If you connect a custom email provider via SMTP/IMAP:
The signature will not be imported
You must set up and update your signature manually inside Crono
Follow the “Manual Setup” steps below.
