Tags allow you to segment and organize your Contacts and Companies inside Crono.
They help you group records by relevant attributes, making it easier to filter, target, and personalize your outreach.
Tags are shared across your workspace. Only managers can create or modify tags.
Click your profile in the bottom-left corner of the app
Go to Account Settings
Select Tag Management
For each tag, you must define:
Property name: the name of the tag
Property values: the selectable options for that tag

Once saved, your new tag will be available for all teammates to use across the workspace.
You can create Tags for:
Companies
Contacts
You can create up to 3 Tags per category.
If your CRM already contains tags, you can connect them to Crono so you donโt need to recreate them manually.
Important to know:
CRM tags can be synced into Crono
If tag values change in your CRM, you must refresh them in Crono
Use the blue Refresh button located next to Modify in the Lead Status section

This ensures Crono always reflects the most up-to-date tag values coming from your CRM.
