Multi Mailbox allows you to connect multiple email accounts to Crono and use them across your sequences and outreach strategies.
Open your Account Settings
Go to the Integrations section
In mailbox tab click New

Click connect for the additional email account (Gmail, Outlook or SMTP/IMAP)

Repeat this process for each additional mailbox you want to integrate. You can connect multiple mailboxes from the same provider or different providers.
The number of mailboxes you can connect depends on your subscription plan:
Pro: up to 3 mailboxes per user
Ultra: up to 10 mailboxes per user
Multi Mailbox enables more flexibility and control over your outreach. You can:
Choose which email account will send messages for each specific sequence or strategy
Keep different inboxes for different purposes (e.g., personal vs. business, separate markets or regions)
Receive replies in the inbox linked to the strategy that originated the contact, keeping communication organized
For each of your strategies, you can freely choose which email account will send the emails for that specific strategy and where you will receive replies from your prospects.
