When you enable Pipeline and Deals Integration, your Crono pipelines and stages will automatically mirror those from your CRM.
This ensures that both systems share the same structure — keeping your deal management consistent across platforms.
Once the integration is active:
All updates made to deals in Crono are automatically reflected in your CRM pipeline.
A one-time migration will import your existing CRM deals into Crono, so you can continue managing them seamlessly from there.
When your pipeline is synced, every deal in Crono must be linked to a company that already exists in your CRM.
If you try to create a deal for a company that isn’t synced yet, Crono will prompt you to push that company to the CRM first — ensuring data consistency and preventing broken links.
