How to add a new user

Only Subscription Managers (Admins) can invite and add new users to a Crono workspace.

Adding a new user

1. Click your profile in the bottom-left corner of the app

2. Open Account Settings

3. Go to the Users tab

4. Click Add to invite a new user by entering their email address

The invited person will receive an email to activate their Crono account and join your workspace.

Who can add new users?

Only the Subscription Manager (Admin) has permission to add or remove users.

Standard users cannot invite new members.

User minimums by plan

Each plan has a minimum number of users required:

• Pro plan: 2 users

• Ultra plan: 5 users

• Titan: 50+ users

If your workspace has fewer than the minimum users required for your plan, you’ll need to add users to reach the minimum.
