How to purchase a new seat/license and add a new user

Only Subscription Managers can purchase new licenses and add new users.

Standard users cannot invite new members.

Purchasing a new seat/license

1. Click your profile in the bottom-left corner of the app

2. Open Account Settings

3. Go to the Billing tab

4. Access your Customer Portal

5. Modify your plan increasing the number of licenses adding as many new seats as you need

Adding a new user

1. Click your profile in the bottom-left corner of the app

2. Open Account Settings

3. Go to the Users tab

4. Click Add to invite a new user by entering their Name, Surname and email address

The invited person will receive an email to activate their Crono account and join your workspace.

User minimums by plan

Each plan has a minimum number of users required:

• Pro plan: 2 users

• Ultra plan: 5 users

• Enterprise: ideal for 50+ users

If your workspace has fewer than the minimum users required for your plan, you’ll need to add users to reach the minimum.
