Manager View

The Manager View is the first section available under “Activities” in the Analytics – Charts area. It provides a structured snapshot of your team’s engagement and results across channels and users.

You can set the date range you're interested in and filter by specific users within your Crono environment to tailor the view to your needs.

1) Performance Overview:

This section shows the overall performance metrics for your team:

  • Total Activities: The sum of all actions performed on prospects (emails, LinkedIn messages, calls, etc.).

  • Total Replies: The number of replies received, along with the reply rate percentage calculated against total activities.

  • Total Deals: The total number of deals added during the selected period. This includes any deal created in the “Deals” section of Crono.

  • Total Pipeline: The overall value of the pipeline generated from the added deals.

2) Performance by Channel:

Here you’ll see a breakdown of the same metrics, split by communication channel. For each channel (Emails, LinkedIn Invitations, Messages, InMails, Calls), you’ll see:

  • Number of activities performed.

  • Replies or Accepted/Connected status.

  • The reply rate or success percentage per channel.

This helps understand which channels are driving the most engagement and where your team should focus efforts.

3) Team Performance

At the bottom of the page, you'll find detailed stats per user:

  • See how many emails, LinkedIn messages, calls, etc. each team member has performed.

  • Track reply rates, deals created, and pipeline value generated individually.

All Activities

Moving to the All Activities section, the first set of charts focuses on the actions performed on newly added contacts and companies in Crono.

In the All Activities section, the first set of charts focuses on the actions performed on newly added contacts and companies in Crono.

As with the previous section, you can filter by date range and specific user to customize the view.

New Contacts:

  • This chart shows how many contacts were added to Lists and how many were also added to Sequences.

  • The percentage in the center represents the proportion of newly added contacts in Lists that were enrolled into a Sequence.

For example, if 635 new contacts were added to Lists and 111 of those were also enrolled in a Sequence, the conversion rate from List to Sequence would be 17.5%.

New Companies:

  • Similarly, this chart breaks down how many companies were added to Lists and how many of them were involved in at least one Sequence via their associated contacts.

  • The percentage shows the share of companies in Lists that have at least one contact involved in a Sequence during the selected timeframe.

This section helps managers understand not only the volume of new data added to Crono but also how actively those contacts and companies are being engaged through Sequences.

Total Contacts and Companies Engaged by User

This bar chart shows how many unique contacts and companies each team member has actively engaged with during the selected time period.

  • Green bars represent the number of individual contacts engaged.

  • Yellow bars indicate the number of unique companies involved.

All Activities by User

This stacked bar chart provides a detailed breakdown of the types of activities each user has performed, regardless of how many contacts were involved.

By hovering over a user's bar (without clicking), a detailed tooltip will appear showing the exact number of actions per type — like how many emails or messages were sent.

You can also toggle the Remove multiple tasks on same contact” switch in the top right to exclude repeated actions performed on the same contact, giving you a cleaner view of unique outreach.

All Activities by User

This chart shows how many activities received a response, broken down by user and communication channel. While the “All Activities by User” chart gives you an overview of sent actions, this one highlights only the interactions that led to a reply or connection.

You can hover over each bar to view a tooltip that shows:

  • The number of replies by channel

  • The reply rate as a percentage of total activities sent by that user

This chart is especially helpful for evaluating the effectiveness of each channel and the individual performance of team members in generating engagement.

Like in the previous chart, you can toggle the "Remove multiple tasks on same contact" option to filter out repeated replies from the same contact.

Activities distribution by channel and by user

These two charts help you quickly understand which channels are being used the most by each team member — and which ones are actually generating replies.

1) Activities distribution by channel and by user

This chart shows, for each user, the percentage breakdown of total activities (emails, LinkedIn messages, calls, etc.) across different channels.
You can hover over each bar to view the exact percentage and count of activities performed per channel.

For example, if a user has sent mostly emails and only a few InMails or LinkedIn messages, this will be reflected here. This view is useful for identifying channel preferences or imbalances within the team.

2) Reply distribution by channel and by user

This chart highlights where replies are coming from.
Even if a user sends many messages across multiple channels, this view focuses only on the ones that received a response — and shows the percentage of replies per channel.

It helps assess which communication channels are driving engagement, so your team can double down on what works best.

Together, these charts are a great way to match effort vs outcome by user and channel.
