This guide explains how to interpret the metrics in the Data section of Crono, helping you track user credits and maintain data quality
Credits activity by user
This chart displays how different types of credits are consumed by each team member over a selected period. You can filter results by user and date range.
Enrichment Credits (blue): show how many times a user enriched contact data (e.g., email, company info).
AI Credits (yellow): indicate the number of AI-generated actions, like replies or copy suggestions.
Phone Number Credits (pink): track how often phone numbers were retrieved.
Hovering over the bars reveals the exact number of credits used per category. This helps you monitor credit usage across your team and optimize resource allocation.
Contacts with data
This section helps you assess the overall quality and completeness of your contact database.
Each pie chart shows the percentage and total number of contacts that contain specific data fields:
With email address: how many contacts have a valid email.
With phone number: how many have a phone number associated.
With LinkedIn URL: how many include a LinkedIn profile URL.
With contact title: how many have a job title filled in.
These insights help you identify gaps in your data and take action to improve enrichment coverage
