How to use the Rewrite with AI feature?
A complete guide on how and where you can use the Rewrite with AI feature
How does the Rewrite with AI work?
By selecting "Rewrite with AI," you'll be able to choose the most interesting insights about your contact and have the AI adapt and rewrite your template based on that information. This feature allows you to enjoy the effectiveness of personalized messages combined with the convenience and speed of AI-powered automation.
You can use the Rewrite with AI feature in different sections of the Crono platform:
Tasks page
Go to your Tasks page, open any manual task, and click on "Rewrite with AI." Select the information you think is most useful for rewriting the text of that task.
After selecting the information, click the Rewrite button on the left.
If you like the rewritten text, use the button to confirm it and then click send to proceed with sending.
Sequences - Personalize
From the Personalize section of your sequence, you can click "Rewrite with AI" in the top right and, once you've selected your preferred information about your prospect, automatically rewrite all templates in their sequence using that information.
Similarly, by clicking inside the body text of one of the templates and clicking the rewrite button at the bottom, you'll rewrite only that template and not all of them. This can also be done by selecting just a specific part of the text that you want to be rewritten.
Sequences - Structure
Finally, you can use Rewrite with AI as a general rule for your sequence.
Enabling it in the Structure section of your sequence, you can predefine the type of contact information Crono should use to systematically rewrite the templates of every sequence associated with contacts you enroll.
The rewrite with AI in bulk ensures all the benefits of the "Rewrite with AI" feature without needing to go through each contact individually to perform the operation.
Note that this feature is not retroactive: it works from the moment you activate it for all contacts that you enroll from that point forward.
