Only Admins — the role is also referred to as Subscription Manager — can purchase new licenses. Each workspace has three Admins by default.
Not every role can invite new members. If you do not see the option described below, your role does not include it.
Purchasing a new seat/license
Click your profile in the bottom-left corner of the app
Open Account Settings
Go to the Billing tab
Access your Customer Portal
Modify your plan increasing the number of licenses adding as many new seats as you need
Adding a new user
Click your profile in the bottom-left corner of the app
Open Account Settings
Go to the Users tab
Click Add to invite a new user by entering their Name, Surname and email address
The invited person will receive an email to activate their Crono account and join your workspace.
User minimums by plan
Each plan has a minimum number of users required:
Pro plan: 2 users
Ultra plan: 5 users
Enterprise: ideal for 50+ users
If your workspace has fewer than the minimum users required for your plan, you’ll need to add users to reach the minimum.
