Crono sends all email through your own mailbox and email infrastructure. This means reputation, authentication and deliverability remain under your control. If recipients are not opening your emails, or if messages are marked as spam, follow the steps below to diagnose and fix the issue.
Crono connects to the email accounts you already use. Crono does not provide its own outbound email servers. Your domain reputation is determined by how recipients interact with your messages. High bounce rates, spam flags and low engagement will reduce deliverability. As a best practice, keep your bounce rate below 5%.
Crono does not include a warm up system. Warm up tools build initial domain reputation by sending controlled messages to known mailboxes that open or reply. If you are using a new domain or have low reputation, consider using a warm up service before sending large campaigns.
Correct configuration of SPF, DKIM and DMARC records at your DNS provider is required. If these records are missing or incorrect, messages can be rejected or marked as spam. Use online diagnostic tools to verify configuration, spam listings and general message quality. Contact your domain provider or IT team to correct missing records.
Before sending large campaigns, test your domain and message quality using the tools below.
Mail Tester allows you to send a real email to a temporary test address. It analyzes your message and provides a score based on:
SPF, DKIM and DMARC configuration
Blacklist presence
Spam filter triggers in your content
Message structure and technical headers
This tool is useful to simulate how spam filters evaluate your actual email before sending it to prospects.

Mailreach’s Spam Test checks where your email lands across multiple inbox providers (Inbox, Spam, Promotions). It helps you understand:
Real inbox placement across major providers
Whether your domain or IP has reputation issues
If content or tracking links are affecting deliverability
This is especially helpful to identify placement issues that basic authentication checks might not detect.
Run tests regularly before launching large campaigns to ensure your authentication, reputation and content quality are properly configured.
