Agent executions and activity log

Where to see every run of an Agent, what it did, how long it took and what it cost.

Each time an Agent starts — on a schedule, from a trigger or from the chat — Crono records an execution. Everything an Agent has ever done is visible from its own page.

The Agents list

In the left menu, click Agents. Each card shows the agent type, the name, whether it is Supervised or Autonomous and how it is started, plus:

  • Limit — credits consumed this month out of the Agent's limit, or No limit.

  • Usage — how many executions it has run.

  • Users — how many people it is associated with.

  • A Pending approval badge when something is waiting for you, and a green Running label while it is working.

Use the search box to find an Agent, the My agents switch to show only your own, and Filters to narrow the list by user or team.

The executions of one Agent

Click an Agent's card. You get the list of its executions, newest first, with a counter at the top and a Filter by status dropdown: Pending approval, Running and Completed.

Each row shows what the execution was about, who it ran for, the date and time, and its state — In progress, Completed, or the Confirm and Reject buttons when it is waiting for you. Click a row, or the arrow on the right, to expand it and read the conversation the Agent had with itself while it worked.

The activity log

From an Agent's menu, choose Activity log. At the top you get four boxes:

  • Users — how many people the Agent runs for.

  • Limit — credits used against the Agent's monthly limit, with the refresh date.

  • Usage — total executions and the average duration of a run.

  • Actions — how many actions the Agent has performed in total, and how many are pending approval.

Below, you get the same list of executions. For each one you also see the number of Actions it took, the credits it consumed, the date and the duration.

  • Click Read chat to open the full conversation of that execution in a window.

  • Expand a row to get the table of actions — Action, Duration and Time — one line per step, in order.

Company, contact and deal names in those lines are links: click one to open the record the Agent worked on.

What to use it for

  • Check the result — the action list tells you exactly what was written, and where.

  • Understand a surprise — read the chat of that execution; the Agent explains what it was doing at each step.

  • Control the cost — compare the credits of a few executions. A run that costs more than the others has often searched the web; see Agents and AI credits.

  • Improve the instructions — see How to write effective instructions for your Agent.

If what you read does not explain the behaviour, see Agent troubleshooting and common problems.
