How to purchase a new seat/license and add a new user

A guide on how to add a new user

Only Subscription Managers can purchase new licenses and add new users.

Standard users cannot invite new members.

Purchasing a new seat/license

Click your profile in the bottom-left corner of the app
Open Account Settings
Go to the Billing tab
Access your Customer Portal
Modify your plan increasing the number of licenses adding as many new seats as you need

Click your profile in the bottom-left corner of the app
Open Account Settings
Go to the Users tab
Click Add to invite a new user by entering their Name, Surname and email address

The invited person will receive an email to activate their Crono account and join your workspace.

Each plan has a minimum number of users required:

If your workspace has fewer than the minimum users required for your plan, you’ll need to add users to reach the minimum.
