Signals (only for Ultra users) are smart indicators generated automatically by Crono to help you spot the best sales opportunities. They let you know when key events happen with your contacts or companies, so you can focus on the leads most likely to convert.
Go to your Dashboard in Crono.
Look for the Signals panel – this shows all recent events for your contacts and companies.

Crono tracks different types of signals, including:
Promotions: when a contact changes role within their current company
Company Change: when a contact moves to a different company
Hot Conversation: when a contact interacts with your emails (you can define how many email opens and link clicks are required to trigger a “hot” conversation)

Hiring Company: when a company is hiring for a relevant role (you can define the role, location, and industry)

Website Visit: when a company (inside or outside Crono) visits your website, including which pages were visited, which sections were viewed, and for how long
These signals help you prioritize leads, personalize conversations, and time your follow-ups perfectly.
Click the Preferences button in the Signals panel.

Select which signals you want to show or hide.
Save your preferences – Crono will now display only the signals relevant to you.

Crono can also track visits to your website. When enabled, you can see:
Name of the company visiting your site
Pages visited
Duration of the visit
Timestamp of the visit
To enable Website Visits, contact us to set it up.
Click on a signal to view more details about the contact or company.
Use this information to prioritize your outreach or plan your next touchpoint.
Signals make it easy to focus on the prospects that matter most without spending time on low-priority leads.
