Who an Agent works for
An Agent has an owner — the person who created it — and a list of Associated users. It runs for each associated user, on that person's own records.
A scheduled Agent starts once per associated user, in that person's time zone. A trigger-based Agent starts for the person who owns the record the event happened on, and only if that person is the owner or an associated user. See How to choose when your Agent runs.
Add colleagues to an Agent
Open Agents, click the ⋯ menu on the Agent and choose Edit.
Under Associated users, use the selector to add people or whole teams.
Click Save.
Only Managers can add other people to an Agent. If you are not a Manager, the selector is not shown and the Agent works for you alone.
What each person sees
Associated users see the Agent in their own Agents list and in the chat, and can start it by hand.
Everyone sees the executions that ran for them, and confirms their own.
Managers also see the executions that ran for their colleagues, and can confirm or reject them.
Use the My agents switch on the Agents list to show only the ones you own, and Filters to narrow the list by user or team.
Pause an Agent
For one person: open Edit and remove them from Associated users. The Agent no longer runs for that person; it keeps running for everybody else.
For everyone: open the ⋯ menu and choose Disable. The Agent stops starting new executions, its card is greyed out and it disappears from the chat. Choose Activate from the same menu to switch it back on. Its history is kept.
Delete an Agent
From the ⋯ menu, choose Delete and confirm. This cannot be undone.
Only the owner and Managers can delete an Agent. If it was shared with you by someone else, the option is disabled and names the person to ask.
Good to know
At least one associated user is required; an Agent cannot be saved without one.
Changing the associated users does not change what the Agent does, only who it does it for.
A workspace can hold up to 30 Agents, unless a different limit was agreed for your workspace.
