The personalize section allows you to tailor a sequence for each individual contact enrolled in it. Instead of sending the same flow to everyone, you can manually adjust steps—making your outreach more relevant and impactful.
This is useful when you want to:
Adapt the tone or content for specific contacts
Skip or modify steps for certain prospects
Add personalization based on LinkedIn insights
Use AI to rewrite messages for a specific contact
When you open the personalize section, you will see a list of all the contacts you own in that sequence on the left side of the screen.
Select a contact to view how the sequence will look specifically for them
Once selected, you can customize steps only for that contact (changes do not affect other contacts)
Once a contact is selected, you have several actions available for each step of the sequence.
You can adjust the content of a message for this specific contact by:
Editing the template directly
Replacing it with another one from your saved templates
This allows you to fine-tune tone, relevance, and context for that individual prospect.
If you want to skip a step only for this contact, click Jump to this step on the desired step.
The previous step will be skipped for that contact only
The sequence will continue from the step you choose
This allows you to remove irrelevant touch-points for certain prospects.
Click Insights to open a panel with data extracted from the contact’s LinkedIn profile.
Insights may include:
Key topics and interests
Career background
Recent posts or activities
Profile highlights
Use these insights to add context-rich personalization to your outreach.
You can personalize messages for a contact using AI:
A) Rewrite All with AI:
Rewrites every step of the sequence for that contact.
You can choose which LinkedIn insights to include (topics, role history, recent posts, etc.), and AI will generate personalized versions of all templates.
B) Rewrite a Single Step with AI:
To personalize only one step, click on the text and select the button Rewrite with AI.
