How are AI Fields created and used?
A guide to using AI Fields, available in the Lists section of Crono
In the Lists section of Crono, subscription managers can create up to 5 AI Custom Fields.
AI Custom Fields are dynamic fields that automatically fill with information based on a prompt you create. They use data from Crono (e.g. Contact or Company information) and AI to generate relevant content that meets your specific needs. These custom fields can also be used as variables in your templates.
To create them, access the Lists section, and you will find a dedicated button on the right:
Next, name the field and create a prompt that leverages the available information on Crono about the prospect and/or their company; use the Variables to specify which data or fields should be used to generate the insights you need.
This will allow you to quickly extract key insights about them or their business by simply clicking "Enrich".
Another example of a prompt?
Ask the AI how your company can create value for the prospect and their business, so you can use this insight within the template!
Note that you don’t need to enrich the info for each prospect individually.
To enrich an entire column of contacts at once, select them in bulk, click Enrich, choose AI Field, select the field you want to enrich, and click Apply.
Uses:
Other than obtaining the info you need, you can use AI Fields as a filter to isolate the audience you’re interested in.
In the example of the first prompt, you can use B2B as a filter to see only prospects whose companies operate in B2B, allowing you to target them with tailored strategies.
You can also use AI Fields as variables in your templates. By inserting them into the template, that section of the text will be populated with the enriched information.
And this would be the final result:
