How to modify/delete contacts and companies
When Crono is integrated with the CRM
Crono is natively integrated with the CRM so every modification will be reflected into the CRM and viceversa.
To modify a contact or company just click on the item that you want to modify and a lateral tab will open with all the available information.
Just click on the field that you want to modify and apply the change. Once you click outside of the field Crono will automatically save the new information and update it into the CRM.
To delete a contact or company, please go to the CRM page of that contact or company and delete it from there. In Crono it is not allowed to delete contacts or companies directly when integrated with a CRM.
When Crono is not integrated with a CRM
To modify a contact or company just click on the item that you want to modify and a lateral tab will open with all the available information.
Just click on the field that you want to modify and apply the change. Once you click outside of the field Crono will automatically save the new information.
To delete a contact just click on the red bin icon next to the contact card.
Or select the contact and click on the red button Delete that appears on the bottom.
To delete a company just click on the red bin icon and remove button at the bottom of the company tab.
