How to Modify/Delete a sequence?

Modify a sequence

In Crono you can modify a sales sequence in two moments: when you are creating it or after you created it at every moment that you want going in the Sequences section and selecting the sequence that you want to modify.

Once you have clicked on the sequence, you can delete a specific step, add a new step, change the channel of one step or the delay between one step and another. Furthermore you can also change the template associate to a specific step, change the text of the template and perform all the actions available in the sequence structure section.

Effects of modifying a sequence

When you finish modifying a sequence the changes will be applied to the all the contacts already enrolled in the sequence.

Delete a sequence

In Crono you can delete a sequence at any moment. In the "Strategies" section, click on the three dots at the far right of the sequence. A window will open that will allow you to perform a series of actions, including deleting the sequence. Click on Delete to eliminate it.

Effects of deleting a sequence

When you delete a sequence, all the prospects enrolled in that sequence will immediately exit from it and all the related Tasks will be deleted.
