How to import data in bulk from .csv files

To import data in bulk from .csv files you have to select your profile on the top right, go to account settings and click on the 'Import data' button and select 'Upload CSV file'.

Select the type of data you would like to import, you can choose between:

• Contacts: if you import them you will create the Company too

• Companies: if you create only a company you have to, eventually, create contacts manually

After your choice click 'Next'

Now you can upload your file and choosing between three import options:

• Ignore duplicates: By choosing this option, there will be no changes, and the row will remain empty

• Update duplicates: in this case there would be an update of the empty rows

• Update duplicates and change ownership: selecting this you will not only have an update, but a there would be an update of the ownership (it's possible to change the owner).

  

Lastly, if it would be necessary, you can fill the blankets with your data to import them correctly. Then select 'Import file'.
