A step by step guide to understand suggestion and how to use them

Suggestions are data-driven and actionable recommendations, to customize in base of your necessity.

Suggestions will help you in the optimization and automatization of different aspects of your work: you will find them in the Tasks page.

To manage and personalize them you have to go in "Account Settings" and selecting "Suggestions".

They are divided in four categories:

  • Tasks: with them you can customize your follow up tasks and setting them with the best parameters for you

  • Strategies: you can add or stop contacts from Strategies

  • New data: will suggest you new contacts and companies

  • Data quality: will signal you contact’s invalid emails or phone numbers, and monitor them.

Good job! You can now personalize Suggestions based on your needs, using the best parameters for you.
