Tags will help you to customize your experience on Crono, they allow you to segment contact and company.


Only managers can create or modify Tags: they are the same for everyone in the same subscription.

For doing it, select your profile on the top right, then go to account settings and click on the 'Tag management' button.


You can create Tags for segmenting:

  • Companies

  • Contacts

You can create a maximum of three tags for each category.

For both of them you have to choose a Property name and a Property values, and select on 'Create' button:


You also have the capability to establish a tag linked with CRM.

If you possess one or more tags in your CRM, you can connect them to Crono.

Note that any changes made to values in your CRM necessitate refreshing them in Crono by utilizing the blue button located near the 'modify' one, within the 'Leas Status' section
