The Crono External API is available only for workspaces on the Ultra plan.
If your workspace is not on Ultra:
The API section will not appear in Account Settings.
You will not be able to generate or use API keys.
All API-related functionality remains locked.
You must upgrade to the Ultra plan to enable API access.
Only users with the Manager role can access and manage API keys.
Managers can:
Open the API section
Generate new API keys
View and copy existing keys
Delete keys
Create up to 5 active keys
Members without Manager permissions cannot:
See the API settings
Generate or copy keys
Use the API section at all
If you do not see the API section and you are on the Ultra plan, confirm your role is set to Manager.
To access the Crono API, you must meet two requirements:
Your workspace must be on the Ultra plan
Your user role must be Manager
When both conditions are met, the API section becomes available under:
Account Settings → Integrations → API
