How does Personalize section of your sequence work?
By accessing the "Personalize" section, you can tailor the sequence for each individual contact enrolled in it. This means you have the flexibility to modify the structure of the sequence - such as editing, adding, or skipping specific actions - based on the characteristics or needs of each contact.
With this feature, you can ensure that certain contacts receive one or more comunications in the sequence that are customized and fine-tuned, creating a more targeted and effective outreach experience.
Selecting a Contact to Personalize:
On the left-hand side, you'll see a list of all the contacts you own within the sequence. From here, you can select the specific contact you'd like to personalize the sequence for. In this example, we're customizing the sequence for Marco Rosmarini: once selected, you’ll be able to view and edit the sequence specifically for him.
Personalizing Specific Steps of the Sequence:
Once you've selected the contact you'd like to personalize, you’ll have access to a set of customization options for each step in the sequence. Below is an overview of the key actions you can perform (refer to the photo below for numbered guidance):
Edit or Replace Tempate:
You can edit the existing message template or choose a different one from your saved templates. Just click on the template you've already inserted within the step you want to modify - this allows you to adapt the content to better suit the contact's profile, tone, or context.
Skip One or More Steps in the Sequence:
If you want to skip the previous step for a specific contact, you can click on "Jump to this step." This will cause only the step immediately before to be skipped for the selected contact. In the example shown in the photo, the LinkedIn message step will be skipped, and the sequence will continue directly with the email step.
Insights:
By clicking on "Insights," Crono will display a panel on the left side of your interface with valuable information gathered from the contact’s LinkedIn profile. These insights may include key topics mentioned on their profile, career background, recent posts, and many other relevant details available on LinkedIn. This feature helps you personalize your messages with context-rich data.
Rewrite All with AI:
With the "Rewrite All with AI" feature, you can automatically rewrite all the templates in the sequence using AI. Once you click the button, the left-hand side of the interface will display the same LinkedIn-based insights shown when using the "Insights" feature. You can simply select the profile elements you want to include - such as key topics, job history, or recent posts - and the AI will handle the rest, generating fully personalized content across all steps of the sequence. Alternatively, you can rewrite a single template by entering the specific step in the sequence and clicking on "Rewrite with AI" directly within that message.
